With the opening of the Moffat Distillery within reach, it is with mixed emotions that we announce that our beloved Moffat Malt will no longer be produced.
Unique bottle numbers can lend your Scotch gift added meaning.
That's why we've set aside certain numbered bottles of the Moffat. These "years" could be used to celebrate a significant birth, marriage or event.

The Moffat is the local blended malt Scotch whisky. Made by the independently owned blending company, Dark Sky Spirits Ltd, it is a small-batch craft whisky.
Described as exceptionally drinkable and light, with flavours of almond, raisin, and subtle spice.
Appearance: Amontillado sherry.
Nose: “Hot Cross Buns”. Toffee, grapefruit and bread dough. Marzipan with orchard and tropical fruit notes. Sherry, oak and leather.
Taste: Smooth. Cereal and dried fruit. Spice, nutmeg and almond. Sherry, citrus and vanilla.
Finish: Long. Spicy. Warm. Sweet. Fruit cake.
Verdict: Suitable for drinking on so many occasions.
Pairings: Perhaps ideally served either at the end of a meal, with cheese and biscuits or plain chocolate.
Bottled at 40% ABV.
