    Limited edition bottling by Dark Sky Spirits Ltd. to celebrate the Stranraer Oyster Festival. The perfect whisky to compliment Loch Ryan Oysters, sustainably harvested from one of the largest native oyster beds in the UK. The festival runs from 2nd-4th September in Stranraer.

    A portion of all sales will be donated to the Stranraer Development Trust. Each bottle also comes with a 50ml Auld Special Edition Spicy 13 year old blended malt Scotch, so you can taste it without opening the bottle!

    WHAT'S IN THE BOTTLE:

    Non-chill filtered. No added colour. 48% ABV. Aged 13 years.

    Available in 70cl.

    TASTING NOTES:

    Gentle hints of lemon sherbet, apple tart and spiced plums on the nose.

    On the palate, a dry, warm start builds to an effervescent aniseed and oriental spice.

    A lingering, mesquite finish.
