Smoky 16-year-old Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky matured in Sherry casks and finished in a single Bourbon cask. Limited edition bottling by Dark Sky Spirits Ltd. 

Non-chill filtered. No added colour. 47% ABV.

Available in 50cl or 70cl.

TASTING NOTES:

On the nose: Light, sweet pineapple and sponge cake. The merest suggestion of glowing embers.

On the palate: Sweetness wrapped in smoke: like toasting marshmallows by a campfire. A menagerie of sweet and savoury notes emerge with every sip.

Finish: Satisfyingly sweet charcoal. A dram to savour on its own.
