ARISE: 01 New Make Spirit

The first in seven releases in the journey to wood-fired Scotch. Malt spirit created on Scotland's first wood-fired stills. A true craft spirit - made by hand every step of the way. 

If you join as a Founding Torchbearer, all bottles will automatically be sent to you as we release each cask throughout the journey. You also will receive an extra on - one to drink and one to keep. If you are a Torchbearer, you will receive an option to purchase  your numbered bottle before the bottles are released to non-members. 

Our spirit is full of life - a symphony of flavours that come across through the sip. A lingering finish that is unlike any unaged spirit. On the nose, white chocolate, baklava, and a hint of mango. On the palate, cream, candied almonds, with hints of tropical fruits. A pleasant, long finish.
