Moffat Mountain Rescue Gin

Moffat Mountain Rescue Gin 50cl.

Produced in small batches twice a year, the gin was developed in collaboration with mountain rescue team members. Water is collected from Loch Skene, a beautiful destination under care of the National Trust for Scotland. Along the way, wild mountain thyme is carefully collected from the hillsides. We also use buds from locally grown Douglas Fir branches, along with more of our favourite botanicals.

A fresh, herbaceous gin distilled on our 60-litre wood-fired copper pot still. We recommend enjoying with a splash of mild tonic water, such as Walter Gregors or the Artisan Drinks Company. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and slice of fresh orange.

Every bottle helps to support the team through providing funds for equipment and vehicle maintenance. All Moffat Mountain Rescue Team members are highly trained volunteers. We are pleased to play some part in keeping the team going.
