Malt spirit created from Scotland's first wood-fired stills in over 200 years. Aged for 10 months in ex-Oloroso Sherry rundlets (70 litre casks). A rare craft spirit; distilled in the open air, influenced by mother nature and handmade every step of the way.

Our Sipping Strength Moonshine is as approachable as a well-matured whisky. Easily enjoyed as is, or it makes an incredible whisky sour.

Sipping Strength at 48.5%. 50cl. No chill-filtering, no added colour. Hand-bottled and labeled. 400 bottles filled.
