Original Moffat Wood-Fired Gin

Scotland’s first wood-fired gin. Made in small batches in our 60-litre wood fired copper pot still with 14 botanicals. Our hands-on distilling approach results in a lively, well-balanced gin that begs to be tasted neat.

Our recipe took nearly a year to develop, requiring botanicals that can withstand the variable temperatures created by a living flame. It's a robust, flavourful London Dry Gin perfect served over ice.  For a G&T, we recommend an Indian tonic, but feel free to experiment with your favourite tonics.

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, elderberry, angelica root, cubebs, lemon peel, orris root, nutmeg, bitter orange peel, cinnamon, heather tips, cardamom, ginger root, cassia.
