ARISE 04 18 Month Old Spirit

Here is the half-way point in our Journey to Wood-Fired Scotch. A well-developed spirit; it could fool you into believing it was whisky! This expression comes from an earlier cask than our previous release (no. 3). 

The cask selected for release 04 was distilled between 15-19 April 2024, and filled on 20th April 2024. It was bottled on 20th October 2025, and now ready for you to experience.

When  you purchase this bottle (or any ARISE bottle), you will also receive a card with more information about the barley mash bill, fermentation, and casks selected for these first releases. 

If you haven't tried the earlier releases, you might be missing some of the back story the spirit has to tell. Intended to reveal the developing character over time, each release speaks for itself: in aroma, flavour, texture and finish.
