Stranraer Oyster Festival Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

A specially blended malt whisky to celebrate the Stranraer Oyster Festival. Famous for the native oyster bed in the crystal waters of Loch Ryan, the festival attracts food enthusiasts world-wide each year. Celebrate all Stranraer has to offer with our perfectly balanced blended malt Scotch-  excellent with oysters.

Blended by Nick Bullard using select casks from across Scotland. Hand-bottled and labeled with 240 bottles produced at the Moffat Distillery. Non-Chill filtered, no added colour, 46% ABV.

Appearance: Pale gold

On the nose: Butterscotch, freshly mown hay with a waft of seaside air and campfire.

On the palate: A rush of freshness gives way to buttercream, malt and gentle peaty notes.

The finish: Burnt sugar and campfire coals linger, with subtle umami notes.
